Tanya has worked in communications since 2005. She has served in her most recent role of Chief Communication Officer for the Kenosha Unified School District, Wisconsin’s third-largest district, since 2012. Here she focuses on keeping families, staff and stakeholders informed and is dedicated to showcasing the ongoing learning and amazing talents of KUSD’s staff and students. She holds a Bachelor of Science in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
In addition to supporting the United Way of Kenosha County, Tanya serves on the Building Our Future Communications Committee and previously served on the Young Leaders in Kenosha Community Relations Committee.
Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, as well as her extended family and many friends.
