Mitchell Ferraro (Mitch) is an experienced real-estate investor, who comes with a wealth of both business ownership and corporate experience.
Mitch owns and operates multiple real-estate businesses that function throughout Southeastern WI in various ways - from long- and short-term rental properties, to residential renovations, to real-estate transactions on the open market (as a licensed real-estate agent for Welcome Home Real Estate Group).
He also runs a regional real-estate networking group, called Southeastern WI Real Estate Investors Group, that helps connect investors, contractors, property managers, and agents as well as provides both virtual and in-person support and networking opportunities. Beyond real estate Mitch is a part of the Leadership Table for Building Our Future.
Prior to Mitch’s involvement in real-estate and investing, he graduated from UW-Milwaukee and he worked as a loyal employee and sales project manager with Quad/Graphics. After many years in this particular corporate setting and after the unexpected passing of a lifelong friend, Ryan Knight, Mitch made the decision to leave the corporate world, form his own businesses, and also create and raise money for the Ryan Knight Memorial Foundation. Mitch has helped raise $70,000 in five years for the foundation.
Mitch is a natural “connector,” and has an amazing ability to work well with all personalities in any type of setting. He strongly believes that developing and cultivating meaningful relationships is one of the major keys to building a successful business or organization.
Mitch and his wife, Nina, of 12 years have two wonderful children, Rome & Staisa. In his spare time he likes spending time with his family; meeting new people and networking; trying new foods and restaurants; and is always up for playing a good game of golf or hockey.
