Lauren joined Uline in 2014 and has built a career around Leadership. In her current role she oversees a 30-person team focused on assisting customers with sales tax exemption. Her responsibilities include workforce management, fostering collaboration, recruiting, preparing staff for next roles, and identifying efficiencies to drive continuous improvement. Prior to Tax, Lauren spent 6 years in the Accounts Receivable department where she trained new hires and acted as the liaison between the US, Canada, and Mexico collections teams. Her passion lies in working on shared goals, helping people reach their potential, and building strong, self-sufficient teams through consistent and honest feedback.
Lauren earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Anthropology from Northern Illinois University. In her free time, she can be found reading, drinking too much coffee, and spending time with her husband Rob and 2-year-old daughter, Penelope.
