Cyndean Jennings, Dean of the School of Pre-College and Momentum Programs and Racine Campus Affairs, Gateway Technical College, has over 25 years of experience in education, from working at the University of Wisconsin - Green, Bay, University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh, Kenosha Unified School District, and Gateway Technical College.

As the dean, Cyndean is responsible for Adult Basic Education programming, Gateway Momentum Programs (Promise, Promise 2 Finish and STEM Scholars), and the day to day operation of the Racine campus.

Cyndean has a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and  a Master of Science in Education - School Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. 

Cyndean currently serves on the Lakeside Curative Board, United Way of Kenosha County, Kenosha NAACP Branch, Kenosha Education Justice Coalition and participates in the SE Works Partners Network. She is dedicated to removing barriers for students so that they are able to pursue their education and career dreams.
