United Way Campaign Employee Ambassador Resources

Whether you have run a United Way Campaign or you are brand new, training is an important element to being successful.  We know you do not have much time, so we have prepared a quick training guide and video for you to review.

As a Campaign Ambassador, your commitment to hosting a workplace campaign is truly appreciated.  We want to make things as easy as possible for you so we have provided some resources below to help you run your campaign. Take the guesswork out and use our premade emails or meeting agendas.  Get creative and use your own ideas.  Whatever you decide, we are here to help in any way we can.

The forms you might need for your campaign are listed below.  If you are hosting an online campaign, you will not need any pledge forms or donor designation forms.  If you are not currently hosting and online campaign, but are interested in doing so, please contact Marisa Markowski at mmarkowski@kenoshaunitedway.org.

Videos can be powerful ways to show your employees what United Way is all about.  You can share these videos during your campaign kickoff with your employees, as links sent in an email, or add them to your internal website for your employees to view.  Whatever you choose, the message of United Way is here.
