Day(s) of Caring

We are transforming Day of Caring into 'Day(s)' of Caring.  Together, we're going to make a difference all year round.  United Way's newly expanded Day of Caring connects individuals, workplace and professional teams, school groups and entire organizations to meaningful volunteer work through community impact.

Volunteers

Are you seeking a meaningful volunteer experience for your organization or volunteer team?  Perhaps you wanted to volunteer and weren't sure where to begin.  You might work with an organization wanting to further engage staff in the community while offering a great team building experience.  United Way Day(s) of Caring will suit your needs.

Work with United Way of Kenosha County to build a custom volunteer day that works for your workplace environment.  Day(s) of Caring allows each organization or volunteer group to choose a day(s) for volunteering which works best for them.  Volunteer opportunities can range in group size, take place on-site or off-site and revolve around your schedule.  United Way Day(s) of Caring will be able to create multiple opportunities for team engagement at whatever time is convenient for your organization.

Whether your company is large or small, available in winter or summer, interested in working inside or outside - local projects can use your help!

Partner Agencies

Have a project you need completed? We would like you to provide us details on your activity, how many people are needed and the timing that you would like this accomplished. We will use your registrations to send to our organizations and community looking for volunteer opportunities. We will also have an interest form for volunteers to indicate their availability and what they are comfortable doing as an activity.
