Carolynn Friesch

Chief Executive Officer

Carolynn Friesch is the Chief Executive Officer at United Way of Kenosha County. She was named to this role in May 2021. Carolynn previously worked for Carthage College as director of foundation and corporate relations. She has extensive professional experience in higher education and is skilled in relationship development and fundraising. Carolynn is an active community member in both Kenosha and Racine counties. She currently serves as president of TEMPO Racine, is a member of the Board of Directors for Kenosha Area Family & Aging Services, Inc. (KAFASI) and Kenosha County Food Bank. Carolynn is an ambassador for Greater Racine County. She also serves as PTA Vice President at her daughter’s school, Goodland Montessori, in Racine. Carolynn holds a Master’s in Higher Education Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
