Day of Caring

United Way of Kenosha County’s Day of Caring returns on June 1, 2024.

At UWKC's Day of Caring, 200+ volunteers from across Kenosha County will come together in service to our community. The day will begin with a celebration and recognition of current volunteers while bringing awareness to volunteer opportunities in our area. Afterwards, volunteers will travel to their assigned United Way Community Investment partner agency, school, or other community partner to complete a 1-day service project.

Together, we can amplify impact while lending a hand towards our local nonprofit's current needs.

The day will begin at 7:45 a.m. with a reception and program recognizing the 2023 Celebrate United Award winners while bringing awareness to volunteer opportunities in our area. Afterwards, volunteers will travel to a United Way Community Investment partner agency to complete a service project.
