Jeff Hill is an award-winning servant leader who serves as the President of Herzing University’s Kenosha campus. He has worked in higher education for more than a decade and is incredibly passionate about positively impacting student success and exceeding institutional objectives. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is currently finishing his Doctorate of Education in Higher Education and Organizational Development. He has consistently excelled in a variety of senior leadership roles throughout his career and is driven by his passion for making a difference, helping his students succeed and his relentless pursuit of continuous improvement. Jeff is “always happy, but never content” and uses his positive attitude and high-energy style to create an environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration with a strong commitment to achieving the mission of the institution.
Since joining Herzing, Jeff has been inspired to make a difference in Kenosha and has had the privilege to serve a number of community organizations including the Boys and Girls Club and the Mary Lou and Arthur F. Mahone Foundation. He shares the commitment of both organizations to increasing educational attainment rates in the community and is thrilled to join the United Way of Kenosha to support their mission. Jeff is blessed to share his life with his wife of 21 years and 3 children and spends nearly all of his free time with them either playing sports or making one another laugh.
