Victoria Alia is a parent, an engaged community member, and a director at Rockwell Automation. She and her husband Gino, a local attorney, have three children: Nick (who will begin college in Fall 2018), Elizabeth (a high school sophomore) and Andrew (a middle school 8th grader).
She is actively involved with many charitable organizations in the community. In addition to the United Way of Kenosha County, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Marquette University Employer Advisory Board, the United FC and Red Star Soccer Clubs, and United Way of Greater Milwaukee – Emerging Leaders. She has been the Chairman of St. Anne’s Parish Council and also chaired her company’s annual United Way fundraising campaign. She has organized the INNS Nightly Shelter for 5 years and participated in several Days of Caring Projects in Milwaukee County.
Victoria has over 25 years of business leadership at Fortune 500 companies. She received her Engineering degree from Marquette University and a MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. She has been employed by Rockwell Automation for 20+ years, and currently works as the Director of Customer Service.
