Campaign of the Year - Johnson Bank

Awarded to the Workplace Campaign which utilizes Best Practices; has an employee participation of 50%+; the corporate gift equals 100% of employee gifts; and the Employee Per Capita gift is at least 12% above the county average.

Employee Campaign Team of the Year - Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc.

Presented to the Employee Campaign Team which organizes and conducts the most exceptional employee campaign, demonstrating exceptional leadership, steering their campaign far beyond expectations. Follows Best Practices. Includes Employee Campaign Coordinators, committee members and canvassers.

Outstanding Employee Campaign Award - Becker, Inc.

Awarded to the Workplace Campaign where employee contributions have increased by at least 5%; at least 50% of all employee gifts were directed to the United Way Community [Safety Net] Fund; at least 50% of all employees participate in the campaign; and the Employee Per Capita gifts increases at least 10% above the county average.

Most Innovative Campaign - American Girl

Awarded to the Workplace Campaign which shows a spirit of creativity and collaboration, employing a wide variety of events and competitions to raise workplace participation and a sense of community

Trailblazer Award - Newspaper Guild

This is awarded for any or all of the following achievements: most increase in employee participation; most percent increase in average size gift; most percent increase in per capita gift.

Leadership Giving Campaign Award - Snap-on, Inc.

This award recognizes an organization that follows Best Practices and conducts an exemplary Leadership Giving Campaign.

Corporate Community Investor Award - M & I Marshall & Ilsley Bank

This is awarded to the corporation that runs a vigorous workplace campaign and where the corporate gift is equal to 100% of total employee gifts or greater.

Good Samaritan Award - Abbott Laboratories

Awarded to the corporation which distinguishes itself by outstanding in-kind donation to United Way of Kenosha County to further United Way ’s mission.

Kenosha County Community Spirit Award - This is a new award category, yet to be awarded

This nominated award recognizes the exceptional commitment, leadership and creativity shown by an organization and its volunteers through their participation and support in the annual United Way Campaign. The basis of this award is not restricted to the annual United Way Campaign, but reflects total community involvement and philanthropic commitment.

Ground Breaking Award - Not Awarded

This is awarded to the best First Campaign having the best employee participation, best Per Capita Gift, and which utilizes Best Practices.

Good Steward Campaign - Not Awarded

This is awarded to a non-profit agency that has exceptional participation, recognized for its life and vitality, that also promotes and encourages giving to the United Way Community [Safety Net] Fund, in efforts to support the spectrum of programs and target audiences supported by United Way .
