New Funding Applicants Eligibility Requirements (2008-10)
All NEW programs (from agencies not currently funded) interested in applying for United Way of Kenosha County Healthy People focus area of funding must qualify by meeting all of the eligibility criteria. Please send all of the required documents (see eligibility criteria) by mail or drop off in person at United Way by March 19, 2008. To participate, you must register your agency online. Just click on the "register an agency" link to get started. United Way will review your request and send approval by email. You will then be given access to complete an online application. Please direct any questions to Crista Kruse.

United Way of Kenosha County Healthy People Funding Application (2008-10)
(for viewing purposes only) The 2008-10 funding application is available beginning January 30, 2008. This link allows you to download a pdf file containing the contents of the web-based funding application packet. All applications must apply using the online system. All programs applying for funding must be aligned with the 2008-10 Healthy People funding objectives and outcomes. Information referenced in the funding objectives and outcomes can be found in the Kenosha County Healthy People 2010 Annual Report.

Access to United Way Online Funding Application Packet - If you are currently a funded partner under the Healthy People focus area and you have not received your login information, you must request a user name and password before accessing the online application packet to request United Way funding. Please make your request to Crista Kruse.

Funding Application and Outcome Measurement Workshop
An application and outcome measurement workshop will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 from 8:30 - 10:30 am at Gateway Technical College's BioCatt Center (Room 120) for all local non-profit staff interested in applying for United Way funding. The first part of the session will cover important application details and deadlines. The second portion of the workshop will be co-facilitated by Jennifer Madore and Jeff Weiss from Kenosha County Human Services and will cover how to identify and measure meaningful outcomes.
